Santa SNEAK-A-PEEKS are short, late-night appearances that occur between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. on Christmas Eve/Christmas day. SNEAK-A-PEEKS are different from other types of visits in that Santa does not interact with children or their parents directly. Santa is under the impression that all of the good little girls and boys are asleep with visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads, and that mama and papa have settled down for a long winter's nap. But sometimes, when not a creature is stirring- not even a mouse- something may go "bump" in the night. Maybe mom or dad is awakened by that bumping noise (or jingle, or the sound of a cookie being nibbled upon and milk being gulped down with great delight). Whatever the case, Santa is busy at work taking gifts out of his sack and placing them under the Christmas tree. A SNEAK-A-PEEK appearance gives parents and their children a rare opportunity: to catch Santa in the act!
